Terms of Service

• Service — Refers to HakoPlanner, including our website, API, and all related tools and features.
• User, you, or your — Refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service.
• Content — Refers to all text, data, code, and other materials generated, uploaded, or displayed through the Service.
• Credits — Refers to the virtual currency used to access features within the Service.
• Generated Documents — Refers to any documents, specifications, or materials created by the Service using artificial intelligence.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. By creating an account, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name and email address) for authentication purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

4.1 Credit System

• The Service uses a credit-based system to access features
• Different features require different amounts of credits
• Credits are displayed before each transaction

4.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Polar.sh
• All payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
• We do not store your payment information
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified

4.3 Credit Usage

• Credits are deducted when you use paid features
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active

4.4 Refunds

• Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used
• Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase

5.1 Nature of Generated Documents

• Generated Documents are created using artificial intelligence
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Generated Documents are provided as-is for reference purposes

5.2 Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all Generated Documents
• Generated Documents should not be considered professional advice
• We are not liable for decisions made based on Generated Documents

5.3 Ownership

• You own the rights to Generated Documents created through your account
• You may use, modify, and distribute Generated Documents as you see fit
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious content or code
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by HakoPlanner and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Property

Your original content, brand, and trademarks remain your property.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service integrates with third-party services, including:

• Polar.sh — Payment processing and subscription management
• OpenRouter — AI model access for document generation

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.

10.3 Updates

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HakoPlanner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Generated Documents

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration in Bandung, Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HakoPlanner regarding the Service.

17.1 Termination by Us

We may discontinue the Service with:

• 30 days advance notice via email
• Grace period to use remaining credits
• Reasonable efforts to facilitate data export

17.2 Effect of Termination

• Your access will end after the grace period
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary shutdown
• We will provide reasonable time to export your data

17.3 Data Portability

Upon request, we will provide your data in a portable format (JSON/CSV) within 30 days of shutdown announcement.
